Hi, I’m Emmie, and welcome to Diary of a Daydreamer.

I can’t believe I’m finally writing those words. After months of planning, designing, organizing, emailing, writing, creating, I can finally show this blog to the world.

Like I said before, I’m Emmie – it’s not my real name, but I’ve been blogging for so long that I actually answer to Emmie. 😂 By the way, I’ve had my blog American Girl World since I was nine and Standing Firm In My Faith since I was ten! Blogging has absolutely changed my life. I don’t know where I would be without it. (P.S. You can learn more about me here!)

Ever since I started American Girl World, I wanted a personal blog where I could share my thoughts, dreams, tips, advice, stories, art, creativity, and more. But I was waiting and waiting – for the right time, the right name, the right topics, the right launch team. (P.S. You can learn more about this blog here!)

But one by one, I didn’t have to wait anymore. The name Diary of a Daydreamer came to me like a whisper in the middle of the night, I discovered everything I wanted to write about on here, and I found the perfect launch team.

Then I knew it was time to share Diary of a Daydreamer with the world.

Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone has creativity inside them, just waiting to be shared. All it takes is finding your voice to share your story, your creativity, your dreams, with the world.

With this blog, I hope to do just that. And I hope to inspire you to do the same.

So, let me reintroduce myself. I’m Emmie – a small girl with big dreams who started this blog about all the things she loves to do – dancing, singing, writing, art, and more. Thanks for checking out my little corner of the web – feel free to grab some marshmallows and stay awhile. 😉
