Hey, daydreamers! I can’t believe that Diary of a Daydreamer’s launch is over! This has been such a fun week, and it’s been so crazy exciting to see how all of you guys are supporting and liking this project I’ve worked so, so hard on. I honestly can’t believe it!

Here’s the thing: It’s not about followers! But, somehow we were able to reach almost 30 followers within one week? Guys, that’s crazy! Thank you so, so, much, your support means absolutely everything, and I’m so happy you guys liked my blog enough, you followed along!

July 7th, American Girl World: I scheduled this post to go up at 10:00, but I guess WordPress was still in a different timezone, because when I woke up I had all these comments on DD! I momentarily freaked out, thinking somebody found the blog through my Gravatar profile and leaked the news, but then I realized the post was up! You guys were so stunned with the reveal, and it was so fun looking back at your guesses. It was kinda surreal to write this post, actually!

July 7th, Diary of a Daydreamer: July 7th was also the day my first post went public! It was actually kind of hard writing that post at first, because I knew how important your first impression is and I wanted it to be awesome. I was kind of scared, actually. But when I stopped putting pressure on myself, the words just flowed, and before I knew it, I’d written the post!

July 8th, Home With The Hummingbirds: On July 8th, Liz did a super-sweet blog spotlight where she shared all about the new blog and giveaway! Thanks for being a part of the tour, Liz, and I loved your post!

July 9th, Questionable Tortoise Couture: I did a super fun interview with Bekah Banister, and I loved answering the questions! She sent me the questions while we were still in Colorado, so I would type my answers out on my phone whenever we were driving somewhere or had some time to chill in the rental house! Thank you so much for interviewing me and being on the launch team, Bekah!

July 10th, Taking The Cake: Natalie and I did a spinoff of her series #bloggerproblems and came up with a bunch of #dancerproblems! I had a ton of fun designing the graphics and coming up with relatable problems that us dancers face all the time! Thank you so much, Natalie, for being a part of the tour and for the fun post!

July 10th, Standing Firm in My Faith: In this post, I notified my readers over at my Christian blog, Standing Firm in My Faith, about DD’s launch! This post was quick to write and even quicker to read, but I basically just let you guys know I was starting a new blog!

July 11th, Swingsets and Snapshots: At SS&SS, Morgan and I shared our blog’s aesthetics using images from Unsplash and Morgan even used some she took herself! It was super fun finding different photos that had to do with DD’s different categories that, of course, stuck to the blush pink and gold color scheme. Thanks for being on the tour, Morgan!

July 12th, On the Wings of a Dream: Enni posted a lovely little blog spotlight telling all of you guys about DD and the giveaway. She did such a great job! Enni, thank you so much for being a part of the tour, I really loved your post!

July 13th, Pananaw: I did an insanely fun interview with Jo’s character Ricky, and I loved answering the questions! Ricky’s interview questions were the best, and I loved how quirky she is!
