Hey daydreamers! First off, I want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who subscribed to the email list and entered the giveaway! It’s so amazing to do this giveaway to kick off the launch of our email list and work with SP Scrunchies! If you haven’t entered yet, make sure to enter the giveaway for a chance to win two scrunchies from The Striped Plaid Co! 💛 I’ll be announcing the winner either next week or the week after so stay tuned for the results and make sure to enter before then!

Second, I’m so happy that you guys liked Part 1 of me reacting to your assumptions, and thank you so much for all of your amazing submissions! I originally planned for this to be a single post, but you guys ended up giving me a ton more assumptions than I had planned (thank you!) so I decided to make a part 2 so I could react to all of them! This time I used images from Pinterest to go along with the post, and let’s get into the assumptions!

You want to have 2-4 children. / You want to get married and have 3 kids when you grow up.

Yes, this is definitely true! I for sure want to get married when I grow up. I’m fine with any amount of kids God blesses me with, but I would most like to have 3. 🙂

You dislike cats.

I’m not a huge fan of them, but I wouldn’t say I dislike them? I definitely prefer dogs over cats 100%, but I think they’re really cute! I probably wouldn’t want a cat and I don’t like much about them except their cuteness/fluffiness, but I think they’re okay. 😉

Your favorite holiday is Christmas.

Yes! Why can’t we have Christmas all year long? 😂 In January I always get really sad because it’s not Christmas anymore, and the whole month of December is one of my favorite times of the whole year. There are so many things that I love about Christmas! *sings Like It’s Christmas at the top of my lungs even though it’s May*

You like photography.

Yes, I love taking pictures, especially for my blogs! I’m not amazing at it because I don’t have the most quality camera (it’s better for stop motions and stuff rather than photos), but I really do enjoy it!

Your favorite school subject is history.

This one is actually wrong but pretty close! English is my favorite subject (I love, love, love creative writing and I’m pretty good at grammar + I love reading!) even though it’s not my favorite class (unfortunately English class was kind of boring this year, but I loved it in fifth grade!). But history is a close second! It’s really interesting and it almost doesn’t feel like school. This year, I didn’t actually take history class at my school (I have a study hall during the period I should be in it), so I took it as a homeschool class with a bunch of my friends and my friend’s mom teaches. It’s so fun and I really miss it since the quarantine!

You love cheesecake.

Yes, I really like cheesecake! I think I got this one twice, which is funny – maybe from that post on my other blog I did a million years ago on my tenth birthday and I mentioned we ate at the Cheesecake Factory in the post? The Cheesecake Factory is the best, hands-down.

you have more sisters than brothers

Yes, I don’t have any brothers but I have one younger sister. WHO DEFINITELY DOES NOT HAVE ALMOST THE SAME SHOE SIZE AS ME. *hides youth size fours*

your favorite color is pink / You really like millennial pink, and rose gold. / You love teal and blush pink.

I got a few similar assumptions, and they all have the same answer, so I decided to put them together. Yes! They are all my absolute favorite colors ever, I’m probably going to reach a point where my entire closet is pink and rose gold. 😂 My walls are teal, and my blog is themed pink as well, as you can see!

you like warm weather better than cold

Definitely! Summer is my favorite season of all time, but it’s really hot in Texas. I’d still rather be really hot than really cold, though, and I love the sun and going outside in the summertime.

you like cats better than dogs

Nope, I prefer dogs for sure! *see above assumption about cats*

You are allergic to cats

I don’t think so….? I’m not around cats a lot but I’m like 99% sure I’m not allergic to them. (Wow, y’all had a lot of cat-related assumptions for some reason XD)

You love to read. / You like to read.

Yes! I’m a total bookworm. Reading is one of my favorite pastimes and I enjoy it so much. My favorite fiction books are The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, the 11 Before 12 books, and The Martian, and my favorite nonfiction books are Live by Sadie Roberts, Kisses from Katie by Katie Davis Majors, and the Maddie Diaries by Maddie Ziegler!

You love sleepovers.

Yessss! Sleepovers are some of my favorite things to do in the whole world. I love spending time with my friends, staying up late, watching movies, having fun, being silly, and I miss them so much in quarantine. The first thing that I’m going to do after this is all over is grab all my friends and have the biggest sleepover in the history of the universe, haha!

You prefer cake over ice-cream.

I would probably prefer ice cream, but I like both of them!

You hate jello

I actually don’t mind it. It’s got a little strange texture, but once again, I’ll eat it! When I was in the hospital they had these really good sugar free Jellos that I would eat a lot.

You like cold pizza

I don’t think like it that much, but I’d eat it. (I will eat literally anything except shrimp/shellfish!) I don’t think I’ve had it a lot, I usually just heat it up in the microwave if it’s cold?

You have 5 other siblings

Nope, only one sister. 🙂 Sometimes I think it would be fun to have a big family but in reality I love my sister and I’m really happy to have just 1!

You like to read mostly middle grade books.

Yes! I mainly read MG books, especially contemporary. It’s funny, because I read a LOT of middle grade, except all of my favorite books are young adult? I would say that 80%-ish of what I read is typically middle grade, but I kind of want to try more classics!

You mostly listen to pop and country music.

I listen to mostly all pop, but I like country and Christian music too! I probably listen to more pop than anything, but I really like Kelsea Ballerini’s music and also Hollyn and TobyMac.

You’re mature for your age.

We did a thing at camp where our counselors listed words that they thought described us on our camp certificates, and one of my words was mature, so I would say I’m pretty mature for my age. 🙂

You live somewhere warm.

For sure – I’ve only ever seen snow (in Texas) twice! Summers are super, duper hot here, and it rarely gets below 30-40 degrees during the winter. The funny thing is I’m almost always cold, or I’m incredibly hot! There’s no in-between for me, haha!

You are a teenager.

Not quite, I’m still technically a tween, since I’m 12. I’ll be 13 in 6 months though, and I’m really excited!

You love fruit and vegetables.

Yes! I’ll eat literally anything (except for shrimp) and I love bell peppers, carrots, apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes, tomato, salads, and things like that.

You love babies, but don’t have a baby sibling

How did you know! 😂 I love babies and I think they’re so cute, adorable, and fun! I’ve babysat only twice but I really enjoyed it both times (babies are exhausting though, haha!) and I LOVE my two-year-olds that I help watch in the childcare at church, and I miss them a ton! (Hopefully by the summer I’ll get to see them!)

Thank you SO MUCH for reading this post! Wow, that ended up being pretty long – thanks for reading all that if you did! 😉 I’m SO excited because school just got out on Thursday for me, so I’m looking forward to summer and doing all sorts of summer-y posts. Have an amazing day, stay safe, and thanks for reading!

Once again, are any of these assumptions right – or wrong – about you? Your opinion on cold pizza and jello? How many siblings do you have? Do you like cats or dogs (and are you allergic to any of them)? What kind of books and music do you like?

  1. Ah yes. The boring year in English this year. *flashbacksssssss* Great post! I loved it! I also don’t prefer cats. Actually cats are my utter most worst enemy. (Sorry to all y’all cat lovers). I’m super allergic to cats so 🤷🏻‍♀️.
