Hey daydreamers! First of all, sooo sorry this post is late. It’s been super hard to get posts up on time lately with school starting! Today’s post is on Monday instead of Saturday (oops) and it’s a little bit shorter. Hopefully, I can get back on track and schedule some more posts this week! Second, thank you so much for all of the love on my future self letter post! I had a lot of fun making it, so I’m really glad to hear that y’all enjoyed it.

Third of all…IT’S FALL, Y’ALL! Well, almost. In Texas, temperatures are still in the 90s, so it doesn’t quite feel like fall yet. For this week’s post, I decided to make a list of all the things I love about fall and why I’m so excited for it, and include some fun fall pics from Pinterest! If you want to save any of them, you can go to my Pinterest board here. Honestly, I’m a lot more excited about fall than normal this year – I’m normally a summer gal! But since summer’s been so weird this year and I’m pretty sick of the heat, I’m really looking forward to the fall season. Anyway, let’s get straight into the post!

  • cheering at football games!
  • sweater weather & wearing boots, flannel, and jeans again
  • finally wearing my beloved oversized sweatshirts
  • warm drinks
  • curled up on the couch, reading a book on a rainy day
  • going to the pumpkin patch
  • halloween!!
  • my birthday in october!
  • thanksgiving
  • candy corn
  • pumkin spice everything
  • thanksgiving break!!
  • trick-or-treating (if we’re allowed this year 🙂 )
  • cheer season!
  • decorating for fall and halloween
  • cool weather
  • hogwarts starting (jk)
  • cozy outfits
  • back to school
  • fuzzy socks
  • pretending the leaves are fall-colored (that doesn’t really happen in texas :P)
  • jackets
  • leggings
  • turkey & mashed potatoes
  • for it actually not to be 90 thousand degrees for once
  • movie marathons
  • listening to folklore and other autumn-y songs

And that’s it for the post! It’s definitely a lot different than what I normally do, but I really enjoyed it and it *totally* got me in the mood for fall. Like, if you’re not excited for fall after reading this, there’s something wrong with ya. 😂 It’s also a bit shorter, too, but I think it was fun to write and I hope y’all enjoy this quick post!

  10. These aesthetics were beautiful! I’m excited for fall now.
    As for post ideas, I love seeing your dance posts! I’m not a dancer myself, but it’s cool to learn about that sort of stuff. Maybe you could do a “dance routine in quarantine” or something like that? Basically explaining how your dance classes changed since quarantine.
    Also, Taylor Swift album reviews?

  12. Hi, Emmie! I have a quick question for you. I’m trying to put some photos into my next post, but the block editor isn’t letting me crop the photos. There’s no “Edit Photo” button. Do you have any idea on how to crop photos with the block editor?
