Hey daydreamers! I’m so excited for this post, because it’s the first “episode” of my new series, the Emmie Show! Thanks to everyone who took the poll to help name it, and this is the one that won! 😉 In this series, I’ll be chatting with different bloggers all about their blogging journey, advice, and fun questions about them.
Today, I’ll be featuring Hannah from Tween Peek! She posts about dance, lifestyle, and a bunch more! I’m so excited to be interviewing her today, so let’s get right into it. My questions will be in bold, and her answers will be in regular. (Some of this interview has been edited a little for grammar and clarity.)

Emmie: Hey Hannah! So happy to have you on the series! Can you tell us a little bit about yourself, your blog, and where to find you?
Hannah: My name is Hannah and I am a dancer, I just started pointe in the spring. I also play the violin and can play a few songs on other instruments too. My blog is called Tween Peek, and my website is tweenpeek.wordpress.com. I have a Pinterest account for my blog called “Tween Peek”, which is just for advertising. But you can also click through a link to find my website.
E: What inspired you to start blogging? How long have you been blogging?
H: What inspired me to start is my sister and an old blog. I found my old blog from when I was only about eight. I only did half the homepage.😅 And it was never visible to the public. I started my blog in March, so I’m still pretty new to the blogging community.
E: Any blogging goals you hope to accomplish?
H: I really just want to get more people signed up for the email list, so I need to do more advertising.
E: How long have you been dancing, and what styles do you do?
H: I did ballet when I was little, and picked up dance again 2-3 years ago. I did a YMCA dance team that did tap, jazz, hip hop, and ballet. About a year ago, maybe a little less, I started going to a different studio. I wanted to do just ballet. I was really wanting to do pointe, so a little bit before Christmas, she said if I can get my ankles strong enough by spring, she would fit me for pointe shoes.
E: What’s your favorite part of dance?
H: I definitely love doing pointe and learning to do new moves en pointe. But I do love doing my solo for our “end-of-year” recital, which I do in my flat ballet shoes.
E: That’s great! If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
H: Ooh, I would definitely say Paris. I’ve seen pictures and whatnot, and I think it’s a really beautiful place.
E: I love your dog name ideas posts! Do you have any pets?
H: Thank you! I have a blue beta fish, and a Jack Russel Terrier. My dog is fifteen years old, so he is VERY old for a dog.
E: What’s your favorite type of post?
H: I don’t think I can really pinpoint a type of post. But I do love bloggers that have a lot of personality in their posts. It’s like talking to someone.
E: Definitely, those types of posts are so fun to read. How would your friends describe you in 3 words?
H: I think they would say funny, nice. And “special” [in a] weird and funny way. I have a pretty close friendship with all my friends.
E: What’s your best piece of advice for bloggers?
H: I would definitely say try to stay on top of pinning, to get traffic, and writing 2-3 posts a week. I’m not even good at pinning and writing posts. 😂😅
E: And lastly, a just-for-fun question: M&Ms or Skittles?
H: I would say M&Ms. Haha. I love chocolate.
E: Same here! M&Ms are amazing. Thanks so much for doing this!
H: Thank you, Emmie, for this interview!

Thank you so much for reading this post! I hope you guys are excited for this series, and enjoyed seeing this interview with Hannah from Tween Peek! Make sure to check out Hannah’s blog and subscribe to her email list!

M&Ms or Skittles? Where would you travel? What pets do you have?

Great Post! I’m new in the blogging community too and I believe this series will help me discover new people and blogs.❤❤ oh, & I’m surely choosing M&M’s and I would like to travel to the fantasy world I’ve created in my head😅 (That makes sense uh? I’m hoping you’ll understand, you’re a daydreamer too right?😁😉)

I loved this post. I would chose Skittles over M&Ms, travel to London, and I have 3 goats, 3 chickens, and a parakeet that is technically my sisters but uh we all play with her.
