Hey daydreamers! I recently did a review of the Bloom planner, and one of the pages in it has you create a vision board. I asked you guys if you wanted to see a full tutorial on how I made mine, and you guys loved the idea! This post has also been on my blog idea list for awhile. So, here’s the long-awaited (haha not really) vision board tutorial!
Vision boards are a great way to inspire yourself to achieve your goals. It’s the perfect way to visualize them (hence the name, vision board 😉)! I’ll be showing you some different ways to make both a digital one or a physical one. Let’s get right into the post!
Hey daydreamers! How has your week been? I just got back from vacation (as I’m writing this), so that’s why there wasn’t a bonus post on Wednesday. 😉
A few weeks ago, my mom took me shopping at Altar’d State! I totally found my new favorite store – everything was exactly my style. It was like my Pinterest boards came to life. 😂 Everything was super organized and aesthetic. They played Christian music and had the cutest clothes and jewelry! They even set up your dressing room for you, with your name written on the front! It was such a fun outing, and I thought it would also be fun to post a haul/review of what I got from Altar’d State!
Hey daydreamers! When I was thinking of what to post this week, I remembered that I really enjoyed making my A Day in My Life: Winter Break Edition! post for Blogmas and I thought it would be fun to show you guys a morning in my life of a Thursday homework day!
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I go to school and take all my classes. Then on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekend, I have assignments to complete that are due the next school day. These days are called “satellite classroom days”, but it’s easier to just call them homework or home days. 😛
Today I’m going to show y’all what a typical home-day morning looks like when I don’t have a whole lot of homework. 🙂 And if you like this post, don’t forget to check out my school morning routine! Let’s get right into it!
Hey daydreamers! How has everyone’s weekend been so far? This post is inspired by Sadie Aldis – she’s an awesome YouTuber and she made a spring cleaning video that got me in the mood to tidy up my space for spring! This post is kind of self-explanatory, but basically, I’ll be showing y’all the process of how I deep-cleaned and organized my room + closet for spring. Hopefully, this is satisfying/inspiring! Let’s get into the post.
Hey daydreamers! Can you believe that it’s March already?? A year ago this month, the world shut down, which is crazy to think about how everything’s been going on for so long. I had kind of a slump when it came to covid last month, but it feels like things are looking up now, which is super exciting.
Back in January I did a similar post to this where I shared a playlist filled with some of my favorite songs at the moment and a collage that matched the mood/aesthetic of the month and playlist. I liked that post so much that I ending up making playlists for February and March too! I thought I’d share the March playlist for this week’s post, along with an aesthetic collage that reflects the transition from winter to spring and contains a little motivation for your weekend. 🙂
I actually use Apple Music for listening to music, but a follower had an awesome idea to create a Spotify account to share the playlists so I don’t expose my Apple ID! So I kidnapped my mom’s Spotify account (with permission lol), so y’all can listen to the playlist on there. Oh, and I don’t own any of these pictures: they’re all from Pinterest. Let’s get into it!
I know that I literally say this in every single post, but this post was seriously so fun to make! It was super relaxing to curate the collage, and I’m lowkey obsessed with this playlist. Let me know some of your current favorite songs, because I listen to my monthly playlists 24/7 and love making them longer with new music I haven’t heard before!
Also, if you want to save any of these pins, check out my (recently updated) Pinterest account! Is anyone else excited about the new month?
THIS WEEK’S SHOUTOUT GOES TO Maggie Bryan from the nightingale! Her blog is amazing and she came up with the awesome idea to make a spotify playlist. Thank you so much for commenting!
What do you think of the playlist? Excited for the new month? Have you listened to any of these songs? Any music recommendations?
PS – I almost forgot, I turned the collage into a phone wallpaper as well! Feel free to use these on your phone but please give credit if you share. Thanks!
To get everyone in the holiday mood, I put together a few Christmas aesthetics from Pinterest! I hope y’all enjoy these, and if you like anything, feel free to Pin to your own boards!

Hey daydreamers! First of all, sooo sorry this post is late. It’s been super hard to get posts up on time lately with school starting! Today’s post is on Monday instead of Saturday (oops) and it’s a little bit shorter. Hopefully, I can get back on track and schedule some more posts this week! Second, thank you so much for all of the love on my future self letter post! I had a lot of fun making it, so I’m really glad to hear that y’all enjoyed it.
Third of all…IT’S FALL, Y’ALL! Well, almost. In Texas, temperatures are still in the 90s, so it doesn’t quite feel like fall yet. For this week’s post, I decided to make a list of all the things I love about fall and why I’m so excited for it, and include some fun fall pics from Pinterest! If you want to save any of them, you can go to my Pinterest board here. Honestly, I’m a lot more excited about fall than normal this year – I’m normally a summer gal! But since summer’s been so weird this year and I’m pretty sick of the heat, I’m really looking forward to the fall season. Anyway, let’s get straight into the post!
cheering at football games!
sweater weather & wearing boots, flannel, and jeans again
finally wearing my beloved oversized sweatshirts
warm drinks
curled up on the couch, reading a book on a rainy day
going to the pumpkin patch
halloween!!
my birthday in october!
thanksgiving
candy corn
pumkin spice everything
thanksgiving break!!
trick-or-treating (if we’re allowed this year 🙂 )
cheer season!
decorating for fall and halloween
cool weather
hogwarts starting (jk)
cozy outfits
back to school
fuzzy socks
pretending the leaves are fall-colored (that doesn’t really happen in texas :P)
jackets
leggings
turkey & mashed potatoes
for it actually not to be 90 thousand degrees for once
movie marathons
listening to folklore and other autumn-y songs
And that’s it for the post! It’s definitely a lot different than what I normally do, but I really enjoyed it and it *totally* got me in the mood for fall. Like, if you’re not excited for fall after reading this, there’s something wrong with ya. 😂 It’s also a bit shorter, too, but I think it was fun to write and I hope y’all enjoy this quick post!
Also, before you go, I need your help! Please leave some of your post ideas for me in the comments, since I’m working on getting some new posts scheduled and I would LOVE your ideas and input! Definitely don’t feel like you have to, but let me know in the comments your post ideas! Love you guys!
Are you excited for fall? If not, did this post make you excited about it? 😉 What’s your favorite season? Did you like the aesthetics part of the post?
