Pura Vida Review!

Hey daydreamers! Sorry this post is a bit late. I’ve been so busy this week with my studio’s dance intensive, a cheer intensive on top of that, and getting ready for school. Also, it’s hard to believe it’s already August (!!). This summer has literally flown by so fast!

At camp, I lost my one of my favorite sunflower earrings from Pura Vida that I wear all the time! I was so sad – I took them out so I wouldn’t lose them in the lake…and I lost one of them when I took it out. *facepalm* So I ordered a new pair to replace it.

When I did, I saw that Pura Vida was having a huge sale, so I went ahead and grabbed a few more items! I took some pictures as I opened the package, and I thought it would be fun to do a little review. Disclaimer: this post is not sponsored or anything 😉 Let’s get into it!

6 Cute Outfit Ideas for Church! + a Poll

Hey daydreamers! Welcome to the first “bonus Wednesday post” of the summer! I’m so pumped to be posting on a Wednesday, and today I’ve got a super fun post for y’all!

I’ve done several outfit posts before, and this might be one of my favorites yet! I put together some cute outfits you could wear to church (your church might be more fancy or casual than mine, but that’s the general idea of the post) or really just anywhere. Most of these have jeans and a cute top paired with Converse, Vans, or sandals!

Also, at the end of the post, I have a quick poll to decide what my interview series should be named. So make sure you do that after reading the post!

How to Style A Tennis Skirt!

Hey daydreamers! I know I just did a fashion post last week, but I had no idea what to post and was actually planning on taking a posting break this week, when the white athletic skirt from Old Navy my mom ordered for me came in the mail. I immediately proceeded to try on every single top I own to see what would go with it and I discovered it could make a fun post. So a really similar post to last week is better than no post at all, right? 😛

I’ve seen this tennis skirt trend all over Pinterest. You’re supposed to wear it with a sweatshirt or sweater vest and collared shirt, but I’ve been wearing that exact same outfit to school for years. Why would I want to wear basically my school uniform outside of school? However, I thought the skirt itself was super cute and would be a fun change of pace from shorts, jeans, and leggings! I’ve put together some ways to style it, so hopefully y’all will enjoy and maybe get some inspiration. (The skirt I’m wearing is this one.) Let’s get into it!

Spring Transition Outfit Ideas For March!

Hey daydreamers! Almost exactly a year ago, I did a March Lookbook post. I remember being super proud of that one. I thought it would be fun to kind of re-create that post, updating it with my current style and favorite pieces!

These outfits work well for March because it’s usually still cold enough to wear jeans and a sweatshirt if you feel like it, and on warmer days you can go with a short sleeve and jeans or long sleeve and shorts! Let’s get right into the outfits! This post isn’t sponsored (But hey, if Pura Vida or anyone wants to sponsor me, check out the collab page. 😛 JK!)

3 Holiday Outfit Ideas: Christmas Lookbook! (Blogmas Day 4)

Day 1: Nutcracker Recap

Day 2: Playlist Swap

Day 3: Blog Spotlight

Hey daydreamers! Welcome back to Blogmas! December is party season, and although parties are a lot smaller this year, you can still rock an adorable holiday outfit (even if no one can see the lower half of your face 😉 ). So, I’ve put together three super cute Christmas-y outfits! Without further ado (lol, that’s becoming my catchphrase since I finally know what it means XD), let’s get into the outfits.

Outfit #1: Hayride With Your Best Friends

This one is super comfy, but it’s also put-together, which I love! It’s perfect for a hayride while looking at Christmas lights with friends. Also, this mask goes pretty well with it if you need to wear one.

Top: Target

Jeans: Stitch Fix Kids

Shoes: Vans

Mask: Old Navy

Outfit #2: Ugly Sweater Day

I wore this outfit for Christmas shirt day at school! I got this adorable Home Alone sweatshirt from my dance big sister, and I’m kind of obsessed with it XD It’s so cool how it lights up! I paired it with the same red mask from Old Navy, and it matches perfectly!

Sweatshirt: Got as a gift, but I’ve seen it at Target

Jeans: Stitch Fix Kids

Shoes: Vans

Mask: Old Navy

Outfit #3: Christmas Eve Party

I love this last one! The velvet top feels a bit more fancy, but you can dress it up or down depending on what you wear with it and how you accessorize. It’s actually a dress that I’ve had forever but is too short, so I tied it in the back to make a shirt.

Top/dress: I’ve had this a long time, so I don’t remember where it’s from

Jeans: Hippie Girl

Boots: Famous Footwear

That’s it for today’s Blogmas! I hope you enjoyed these outfit ideas – don’t forget to Pin them on Pinterest 😉 Let me know if you guys want to see more fashion posts, and I’ll see you tomorrow!

What’s your go-to outfit for a Christmas party? What’s your go-to pair of shoes? Do you like ugly sweaters? What’s your favorite mask?

what i’m wearing to summer camp! (packing for camp pt. 1)

Hey daydreamers! By this time next week, I’ll be at summer camp! I’m super excited and totally freaking out because it feels sooo soon and super far away at the same time. I was super scared that I wasn’t going to get to go, but then it was going to still happen like normal! Unfortunately, they went and changed a lot of things to make it safer, like we’re mainly going to stay with our cabin group and no specialties/theme nights (except Alpha vs. Omega & Mission Impossible)/or large groups, which is sad! I’m still grateful I get to go though and I’m super excited.

Today’s post is going to be the first half of a 2-part series, packing for camp! In this part, I’m going to be showing you all of the outfits that I’m planning to wear at camp. This’ll probably change by the time I actually go, but it gives a pretty good idea of what I’ll be wearing!

March Lookbook – 10 Teen/Tween Outfit Ideas For Spring 2020!

Pin me!

Hey daydreamers! Spring break is finally here, and I’ve felt so relaxed and refreshed this week…and a little bored, too. 😂 With all that time on my hands, I decided to create a bunch of blog posts, so I’m all set for the next couple of weeks! Yay me being productive! 👊😝

On the survey I posted last week, you guys wanted to see more fashion posts! I had this one all planned out, so it worked out perfectly. Hey, I’m here to do what the people ask. 😂 The nice thing about early March in Texas is that you can wear almost anything and not be hot or cold – jeans and a long-sleeve shirt, short sleeves and shorts, a short-sleeved dress and leggings, etc.

Another thing I love about springtime is the color palate, so I tried to incorporate a lot of light colors and pastels but also some dark ones also to balance it out! If you like any of these outfits, I’ll have similar items linked below and make sure to pin them on your Outfits board on Pinterest (and if you do, let me know and I’ll send you 3 free wallpapers!)

Without further adieu, let’s get to it! *Quick disclaimer: This post is NOT sponsored.*
